Welcome to Nour Sleem. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of noursleem.com and to every purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and prices

• We do our best to show colours, fabrics and details accurately, but small differences can happen because of screen settings or natural variation in fabric.
• All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and may change without notice. You pay the price shown when you place your order.
• We may limit quantities, decline an order or discontinue a product at our discretion.

4. Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, for example because of stock availability, a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
• We currently accept Cash on Delivery.
• Please give accurate delivery and contact details. We can't be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

5. Shipping and delivery

• We currently ship within Egypt only. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after your order ships.
• Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you place your order.
• Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including our designs, photographs, logo, clover pattern, product descriptions and the Nour Sleem name, belongs to Nour Sleem and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Using our site

When using our site, you agree not to:

• Give false or misleading information when placing an order
• Use the site for anything unlawful or against these Terms
• Interfere with the site's security or how it works

9. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Nour Sleem is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts will handle any dispute.
