1. Processing time

Every order is checked and packed by hand. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days of being placed, and we'll let you know as soon as yours is on its way.

2. Where we ship and delivery times

• Within Egypt: 3–5 business days from the day your order ships.
• International: for now, we only ship within Egypt.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, public holidays or busy seasons.

3. Shipping fees

Delivery costs 85 EGP to Cairo and Giza, and 100 EGP to all other governorates. The fee for your area is always shown at checkout before you place your order. Orders of 3,999 EGP or more ship for free.

4. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier when your order arrives.

5. Order updates

Once your order ships, we'll send you an update by SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow its delivery.

6. Delivery attempts

Our courier will try to deliver your order up to 3 times. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

7. Refused or undelivered orders

If a Cash-on-Delivery order is refused, or can't be delivered after 3 attempts, it will be returned to us and the order will be cancelled.

8. Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If it hasn't arrived within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, let us know and we'll follow up with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
